How does The Mini Social work?
Conceived by moms for moms, The Mini Social provides private access to the most hip and modern designer clothing and accessories for mom, baby and child.
Our invitation only shopping site is free to all members. So invite your friends to join our community — you'll even earn a $10 Credit to The Mini Social when each new friend joins and places their first order.
How long do the sales last?
Each sale is only open for a short time period – 48-72 hours. This enables us to give our members access to the best designer brands at mini prices.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The Mini Social strives to bring you designer clothing and accessories at the best prices possible. As a result, we are not able to ship your items immediately upon order. Shipping times run between 10-14 business days from the day of the sale. We will continually work to improve our shipping time s.
An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again?
We are always on the lookout for the best designer brands we can find. As a result, we sometimes have only a few of any given item or size to sell. When it's gone, it really is gone. You can only have an item in your cart for 10 minutes, so if you find something you love, grab it before it’s sold out!
How do I invite my friends?
You always have the opportunity to invite friends to join The Mini Social. Once you have logged in, look for "Invite A Friend" at the top of any page. Enter the email addresses of the friends you want to invite, and we will extend the invitations. As a Mini Social Member, you will earn a $10 credit when any new Member you invite places their first order.
How do I receive my credit?
You'll receive an email from us once a friend you invited has placed their first order and your account will be credited each time that happens. You can also view this in the My Account section of the site. You will automatically receive your credit to your next order. As more friends join and place their first order, your account balance will continue to grow. There is no limit!
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we are only able to take orders via the website.
How can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change or cancel your order once it enters our system. You may place an additional order at any time or return the item within the 21 day return timeframe.
Will you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to California.
What does "Additional S&H" mean?
Once in a while, we offer merchandise that requires additional shipping & handling charges due to its size or weight. Additional shipping & handling charges are noted on product pages. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.
How much is shipping?
Most merchandise will ship for a low base rate of $6.95 per order for UPS Ground Shipping. Oversized items will have an additional shipping cost and will be added at checkout.
What is the return policy?
We will happily accept returns within 21 days of shipment for store credit only. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Some items such as footwear, skincare, handbags, intimates, furniture and accessories cannot be returned and will be noted on the site as a Final Sale. Can I exchange an item?
Since we do not keep any excess inventory of the products offered for sale, we will not be able to process any exchanges.
