We will happily accept returns within 21 days of shipment for store credit only.
The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Please include all original
packaging, tags and documentation. Any return that does not meet these guidelines
will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued. Once the returned product
has been processed through our distribution center we will e-mail you to let you
know the Merchandise Credit has been applied to your account.
Some items such as toys, footwear, skincare, handbags, intimates, furniture and
accessories cannot be returned and will be noted on the site as a Final Sale.
How to return an item
All eligible merchandise must receive prior return authorization from our Customer
Care representative by email or telephone. Customer Care will issue a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Upon the issuance of the RMA #, you will be provided
instructions on how to complete the item return. Please make sure we receive your
returned purchase within 21 days of its shipment to you with all the packaging intact.
We do not pay for shipping cost of returned items.

Are item exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?
Since we do not keep any excess inventory of the products offered for sale, we will
not be able to process any exchanges.
Damaged or defective merchandise
If an item was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit,
please Contact Us. Remember that all returns must
be made within 21 days of shipment.
Will I be notified when my item return has been received?
Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Care team indicating
that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued.
