We will happily accept returns within 21 days of shipment for store credit only. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Please include all original packaging, tags and documentation. Any return that does not meet these guidelines will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.

Final Sale

Some items such as toys, footwear, skincare, handbags, intimates, furniture and accessories cannot be returned and will be noted on the site as a Final Sale.

How to return an item

Please follow the instructions on the packing slip that was sent along with your order to send your return package. Please make sure we receive your returned purchase within 21 days of its shipment to you with all the packaging intact. We do not pay for shipment of returned items.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will send you an email with the approved credited amount to your account at The Mini Social to be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

Since we do not keep any excess inventory of the products offered for sale, we will not be able to process any exchanges.

Damaged or defective merchandise

If an item was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please Contact Us. Remember that all returns must be made within 21 days of shipment.
